the capacity of the base system.

Electronic Data Register
Electronic Data transfer is a core component of PACS where all patient information is automatically transferred from a modality to the server. This functions is used for organizing information for easy archiving and retrieval.

Retrieval is done by accessing patients name (first or last), patient ID, date of study, type of modality, patient series, patient image number.

 

Audit Trail Records
This feature offers a comprehensive list of all the activities in a system. It is a tool for administrator to see all activities performed by a user and all users in a day. A date/time filter is provided in the Audit Trail view. It keep tracks of what’s going. It plays a key role in any organization.

 

The record for each event includes the following:

• Time of the acivity
• Date when the activity is performed.
• Username of the person who performed the activity.
• The type of action performed
• The information about the action (whether activity was successful or pending).
• The IP address of the computer where the user logged in.

Plug and Play (PnP)
Having a PnP means assigning an IP address to auto detect the system without physically laying cables and wire to any modality.  Integration is fast and no downtime in installation.  DCM PACS only receives images from hospital’s modalities  all at the same time. It serves as your centralized server designed to store and backup your data.
